How to Submit a Deletion Request
- Send an email to ikkuzonline@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- If you have placed orders with us, please include your order number(s) to help us locate your account.
What to Expect
We will process your request within 3–5 business days and confirm once your personal data has been removed.
Important Notes
- Some data may be retained for legal, financial, or compliance reasons even after your request is processed (for example, order transaction records required for accounting purposes).
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please ensure you have saved any information you may need before submitting your request.
