Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping across India on selected items and special collections. (Free shipping options will be clearly displayed on the product checkout page).
• Standard Shipping: For other items, a nominal shipping charge will be applied based on the product type, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and shown at the checkout page before you make the payment.
• Estimated delivery time: 5-14 business days depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@ikkuz.com with proof of damage.
